What is a doula?
A doula is a non-medical birth professional. Our role involves providing emotional, physical, and informational support to families during natural pregnancy and childbirth. A doula can offer resources throughout pregnancy and postpartum such as nutrition, childbirth classes, etc. We are here to support you and advocate for your desired birthing experience.
